Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from our Berlin warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, there might be a slight delay, and we will notify you promptly if that's the case.

What are my shipping options and the delivery times?

We offer the following shipping methods across Europe:

  • Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): Free on orders over €65.
  • Express Shipping (4-7 business days): Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Please note these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all countries within Europe, UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA an Canada.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?

For orders outside of Germany, please note that Atlas Berlin is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We stand by our quality but understand if something isn't right. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Please click here for more information.

What are the conditions for a return?

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be:

  • In unworn, unwashed, and pristine condition.
  • With all original tags and labels attached.
  • Packaged in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number.
How do I start a return?

Initiate your return by contacting our support team at support@atlas-berlin.com. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send anything back before receiving these instructions, as we cannot accept unsolicited returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Standard return shipping costs are covered by us. Additional fees may apply for express returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until the return is complete, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Which items are non-returnable?

To maintain hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, and face masks if the original packaging has been opened or compromised. Items marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable.

Do you offer exchanges?

To get a different size or color to you as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please process a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct one.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your refund will include the original item cost and any standard shipping you paid, but not the return shipping fee. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Product & Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend comparing your measurements to our charts for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we typically advise sizing up.

What if my item is faulty or defective?

We pride ourselves on our quality control. However, if you receive a defective item, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at support@atlas-berlin.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs to resolve this for you promptly.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the contents are damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible. To file a claim, you must contact the shipment carrier directly. We recommend also informing us at support@atlas-berlin.com and providing photos of the damaged package and product for our records.

My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package. What now?

This can happen occasionally. We recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your building's reception.
  2. Looking in secure areas around your property (e.g., a garage, porch, or shed).
    If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.
